Wonderful nose. Red currant, raspberry, light cinnamon bark, white pepper and lavender. Tannins are still really holding on. Acidity rushes down the sides of the tongue. The palate is more red currant and cranberry (a drying read fruit), fruit leather, white pepper and tree bark. I wish I had more to see how this developed, but driving very well now. Paired very well with lamb.
