Lovely clear amber colour and orange marmalade nose but a little closed. Also, it seemed like it had 'eaten' a lot of it's sugar, without gaining richness and acidity to take it's place. Very pleasant but a little under expectation.

Well-aged Sauternes being itself is basically the most positive tasting note I can give, so there we go.
