Wow. This is an impressive brunello. It easily clobbers others priced +$20 I've had recently. It's a firm bodied sangiovese with a nice rim of garnet to orange to transparent. Orange actually presents itself in the nose with a little strawberry, love the perfect tannic finish. Will rebuy this wine in this spectacular 2010 vintage.

UPDATE: As a statistician, I worry about internal validity. So I always look back at prior reviews to make sure I'm weighted on the same scale over time. Given that I must update this wine to a 94 points. 9.4
It's really that good.. for me.

Plum and booze on the nose. Nice balance slight tanic and acidic. I can taste the fracking. #byov
