Really quite fantastic. Phenols off the chart. Oily. Some pear skin and apricot going on. Rocks, touch of anise, lily. Still quite tight. I imagine this will be great on day 2. Fascinating.

Lovely little wine. Honey, apricot, lime minerality all around. Really vibrant acidity and wonderfully aromatic. Almost Alsatian meets white Burgundy.
