Pottery soil, mushrooms, clay, blackberries, iron, white pepper, barnyard, game, iodine. Excellent acidity/low velvet tannin balance, medium bodied, juicy texture, herbal/slightly savory finish. Reminiscent of a Chinon Cab Franc.
