White Blend

A Galician blend made of evocative names such as Trincadeira, Godello and Loureira among others. Varietal moderately-racy notes of lemon, herbal in a way of thyme, sleek minerality. Clearly the subject of some serious malo that adds a pleasant, dense texture. Had this half bottle while wondering aimlessly around Vigo's Mercado de Piedra while looking for chipirones. A Dominican waitress helped me to select a non-Alvarinho bottle, so she suggested what was -apparently- the restaurant 's most popular white. #ribeiro #galicia #trincadeira #spainwines
