This dessert wine is about the same age as my Dad. When you can associate a wine/vintage personally, it really opens your eyes to how wine can hold. This is undoubtedly Pedro Ximenez, which I guessed. It reminds me of a non-vintage port with a balsamic mix to it. Tons of black licorice, old brown sugar, and the aforementioned balsamic vinaigrette note. Incredible for the age.
