Magnum. A little steely sweaty nose. Strawberry earthiness, leather, light on the palate. Love.

Lighter Bordeaux with a smooth flavor profile.

I'm learning and developing a taste for older French bx. This one is very nice. Well balanced, but firm. Far from flabby. Leather, dirt, rustic. Really like it.

Brick red in colour with soft tannins and notes of prune and leather. Great quality to price ratio for a 17 year old Bordeaux. 91

A very nice treat, rich and bold

Never heard of this before, but living proof (well, we killed it last night) that it was hard to do wrong in 2000 Bordeaux. Earthy, mushroom and dark red fruit verging on brown. Interesting. Drink now.
