Pale yellow gold color with appealing green apple, lime, almond paste, ocean breeze, and a hint of orange blossom aromas. On the palate, it approaches medium bodied. It's focused with crackling acidity, and a wonderful texture. It shows green apple, lime, and Meyer lemon with hints of stone fruit flavors with a very generous citrus driven finish. So food friendly too!

The only thing better than Muscadet with oysters is a local wine made by friends that is just as dry and mineral as any wine from anywhere...lip-smacking good.
