A little effervescence. Short finish. Good with food.

So unusual. The slight fermentation lends an almost yeasty beer-like effervescence.

Almost effervescent, very lively feel on the tongue at first. Light bodied, short finish, acidic. Light red fruits on the palate.

Smells like purple flowers and purple fruit. More flowers and red fruit on the palate. Simple. Solid.

The aromas are quite attractive. Cherries, strawberries, blueberries mix with cooking spice and just a drop of dirtiness in a good way, will go well with tomato based food. 👌
