Nose is all big, jammy fruit. Strawberry preserves, blackberries, and cherries. Palate is in three stages, initial shot of red berries, transitions in to a bright, slightly more tart cherry with just a little dark chocolate and coffee, then a beautiful, sweet grain, molasses, and buckwheat honey finish that goes on and on. Exquisite.
