She's a thing of beauty! Full, round, mouthwatering deliciousness. Super complex. Melon, peach, toffee, honey. Develops beautifully when left to breathe. Aftertaste goes on forever. Only their best oldest vines are used. They only use the coeur of the cuvée. Matured on older Burgundian barrels for a year. Disgorged June 2016 53%chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir, 17% Pinot Meunier.
