UB40's famous song--"RED RED WINE"--came to mind as I tasted this, to me, totally new producer, who makes classic #CôteRôtie with minimal amounts of sulphur. Such winemaking practices can often go sideways in the wrong hands, but this was delicious and, although still quite young in a #magnum, it was the perfect mate to our smokey roast Tuscan chicken--RED RED WINE MAKE ME FEEL SO FINE!!! #MarieetPierreBenetiere #Syrah #Cordeloux
