Smooth and buttery. But light and not too buttery. Apricots throughout, especially the finish. Pear undertones. Lovely wine.

This was a lovely, well balanced chardonnay. It wasn't too fruity or oaky...just smooth and very drinkable.

Balanced chard from Alexander valley. Oak treatment was just right on point.

When I first tasted grapes from Stuhlmiller Vineyard, it was in a wine made by Dutcher Crossing (check it out, sure to please), then I found it again in another vintners wine. And finally I stopped in. I was not disappointed! Pale green gold in the glass, crisp yet luscious, peach and apple with slight baking spice. This is a wonderful wine for buttery sweet shrimp. Really fine. As a side note , I find the terroir unmistakeable. Truly a wine of place.
