Oct 18th, 2018Made the mistake of letting it breathe for 2-3 hours. This is ready to go upon uncorking. Cool red cherries and quite concentrated for its vintage. Tried to locate spices but presence is subtle while oak is beautifully integrated. Lush and silky at the same time. A wine that makes you think.
