Fragrant and delicate but with a nice bit of oomph. Really beautiful bottle

Tobacco and black pepper bouquet. Full-bodied. Cherry colour . Intense flavor. Ripe blackberry taste with black pepper and chocolate notes. Lasting balsamic aftertaste. Firm, balanced tannins, considering the varietal.
Baga is a very difficult grape to work; it takes skill and time to get a monovarietal Baga wine to perfection. Amazing wine. I tried the 2010 harvest in late 2017. I’m holding a couple of bottles of this vintage in the cellar: I’m sure that in 5 more years they’ll be outstanding.

Intriguing and fresh, a tad off balance as it falls slightly flat through the midpalate.
