bruised apple, golden grape. You could taste the mineral reduction. Tight even after decanting. I'm not a Viogner guy, (not even many benetieres) but this was very good with sweetbreads. Rebuy with the right food.

Waxy and big at 14% but not out of balance. Had good acidity to back the alcohol. Minimally floral and lemon compote. Not my style, but better than I'd expected.
