Best after opened it up after 1 hours. balanced dark currants, structure and long finish of complex dark berries and bitterness. Drunk after 3 days opening, it's gone. Balsamic, oxidative note dominate this wine. Drunk with Fiorentina.

One of the greatest wines I have ever tried, it is all of my favorite things about Italy and burgundy rolled into one! Cherry, spice, cola, bramble, mushroom, sour minerality. Lean on the palate, with perfect tannins. A true gem!
