Honey, lemon, corn flower, elderflower, pine, white oak, cinnamon. Vanilla, tangerine, warm milk and sugar bordering horchata and raisin across a cedar and smoke strata. Such a pretty and floral meadow that this spirit evokes. Great spring sipper!!

Really nice Irish Whiskey. The nose wasn’t that appealing, but the taste was much better. Nice bite at the end, smooth at the front.
