Rose and unripe raspberry, beautiful magenta red color, lavender and floral smell with some raspberry jam, lots of acid and decent amount of tannin, semi wetness, day 2, going from 8.9 to 9.3. It’s so jammy and beautiful. You wouldn’t think it needs so much time but it does!!!
