Ready and drinking wonderful. This lovely wine shows no flavor that is pre eminent. This Sauterne is full of ripe apricot and figs. Yummy wine.

This wine is just past it's prime. It has delicious apricot and citrus immediately but tapers into an empty feeling in the finish. Pair with fat, butter, or fois gras to counter the lack of body and finish.
