At the Downs Club Magnum Christmas Dinner. Aromas of coffee grinds. Certainly considered as Barossa Valley Royalty with access to fruit from ancient vines. A powerful full bodied wine with glycerol and supple tannins. Extracted but not overly so. Very easy to like and to drink. A good future ahead particularly coming from Magnum.

2009 Vintage. Lots of sediment. Youthful chocolate blueberries lost in the crust, but still a very nice wine.

Good wine although some vintages are better than others. Great nose and palate but tasted blind against some better bottles it didn't score too highly

Nice spicy wine. But to be honest I expect a more full body flavour to the wine. I don't think it compares with other Bottles in this price range
