Heritage distilling elk rider rye. This is nice in a very young rye style. I’ve had a few young rye whiskeys not from the gigantic batch in Indiana and they all tend to taste similar. It is spicy, some oak, vanilla, almost a wheat like bread flavor. Pretty good but not going to buy a bottle.
