Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with strawberries, raspberries, citrus, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, minerals, spices and white pepper.
Nice soft finish.
This is probably the best Israeli Rosé I've had so far. Easy drinking and very balanced with mild complexity.
Very enjoyable by itself or with food. A good pool wine, refreshing and tasty. Not too bitter, not too tart, it's just there. Delicious.
I paired it with a nice cheese plate.
