Nice mouthfeel with plenty of dank pine, tropical nuances, and then spearmint on the finish. High abv of 10% (!) starts to come through as it warms, but somehow remains integrated. An exceptionally well-built beer that will mess you up.

So I realized that the bottle I bought was super old, thus not very good. This fresh can was amazing. Now I see why they won the gold at gabf. Really well balanced. Can't wait to try next to Pliny.

Jul 5th, 2016Melvin 2x4 dipa. First beer from this tiny brewery with tons of accolades. Huge funkiness, bitter, and sweet. Great IPA, but nothing close to some of the dipa I have in quality. This is an overrated beer, but still very good.
