Dark cherries, smoky leather, pretty tannic. Interesting balance of elements for this style. Can’t tell if I’m too inexperienced/unsophisticated to fully grasp the balance, or if they’re presenting too sequentially vs. harmonically. I like it, but I expected something different. Worth trying again with a different dish.
