I don't prefer my whites dry, but if you do this is a must try. This white is a three grape blend. When you first taste it, the Chardonnay hits first, followed by a citrus taste. It is best not to chill this wine as it does affect the flavoring as opposed to having it warm or with some ice. I rated as I did because while I prefer semi-dry white, I will say this is worth checking out.
