I understand the appeal, but it's not my type of wine. Certainly fresh (ticking the Nouveau box) and textural, but not really much finesse structurally. Some people love this, but this is half-finished wine to me.

Spicy, gamey, black pepper on cured meats kind of notes. Bright and textural, fresh and alive. One I'd be keen to revisit. Cheers to Dan for showing it to us.
