High tannin verging bitter tamed over days but quite bracing chewed apple core and bark

First foray into orange wine. Peach, grapefruit, guava, and apricot marmalade mingled with mineral-laden, damp earth. Hazy peach/gold color, like a particle maelstrom in the bottle. Pretty decent.

Emilia forever. Will always be a fan of these beautiful wines from an under appreciated region. It’s no Piedmont but it’s got heart and soul just as well

Hazy peach color. Dusty yeast, guava, grapefruit nose, same on the palate with heavier lactic, creamy flavors and some apricot, and the clay coming out in the “funk” of it mixed with a dash of overripe banana. Some tannin in the finish on day 1 that was great for balance. Low alcohol, medium body. Orange. Natural. Shazam.

Ultra crisp orange wine. High in tannins & acidity. Super fresh with hint of lemon and orange peel. Slight notes of anise and clove.

So good! Charred grilled veggies. Actually get tannins. First time drinking orange wine

A light orange wine from Emilia, Italy. Delicious salty, brininess with some funk. Super delicious. Lovely on its own but also pairs well with food.
