Dec 20th, 2015Lot HA-04 - smells are unusual, something burnt, inward, rubber, reductive? in very pleasant way, lovely velvet texture, good acid, dark raspberries and earth, slight suggestion of lambic but nothing crazyfunk, solid on own and with braised beef tongue and asparagus

Nov 15th, 2017A much denser and chewy pineau then previous vintages. Hefty. Not the usual light and soify wine I’ve had by them. 2016
