Bechtheimer Trocken St. Laurent

Polished gold color, fatty aldehyde nose containing lychee neroli and bergamot, dryish vibrant flavors of watermelon rind, strawberry and peach sour with lasting sweet myer lemon juice and orange zest. Predominately lemon and excellent with spiced food.

Excellent Riesling! Crisp slate character with that expected mineral spritz, alongside glossy stone fruit of white peach and nectarines. There is a slight petrol note but not overbearing. Light in body and crisply acidic, a fantastic food wine.
