Looking fantastic. Great depth and balance. Not as oak driven as I was expecting. This is always my pick for the premium Wirra wines. 14 looks great. Bright fruit and freshness too. Needs time but big glasses and oxygen had this singing

Great vintage from a great area for Grenache in McLaren Vale from vines planted in the 1920s. Trade Mark raspberries. Also with bitter tannins. Points off for that. Drowning our sorrows. A long shot just won the Melbourne Cup!

Big and Rich. Medium to full in body. Great wife with Turkey, ham and Kangaroo. Yup down there with 12 Fabulous People.

A lucky break allowed me to try this exceptional wine that currently is not imported into America. Tightly wound at first. After two hours open, it unveiled a richly textural and violet driven aromatic Grenache. Made historic 97 year old vines.

Nice balance. Nice tannin. Playful. Short tasting note as more exciting things on pour. Enjoyable. 90 points.
