May 15th, 2018Pretty decent Cab out of the Bekaa Valley, somewhere between California and French Cab. Good balance if acidity, tannin and fruit. Quite drinkable with kabobs.

Mar 23rd, 2017Bordeaux blend from Lebanon. 60% Cab, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot. Plenty of aging potential with this one, but opened up nicely after a 2 hour decant. Dark fruit, smoke, graphite.
