Смородина, ежевика , древесные тона. Не очень комплексное, алкоголь немного не в балансе. Нетяжело в теле, но с заметными цепляющими танинами. Незамысловатое, понятное вино на каждый день :)
Wset: вид: чистое, средняя интенсивность цвета, рубиновый. Нос: чистый, средняя интенсивность, вишня, чёрная смородина, заметен сливочный тон (mlf?), дерево. Развивающийся.
Вкус: сухое. Кислотность средняя. Танины средние+, цепляющие. Тело среднее. Алкоголь средний, немного не в балансе. Интенсивность вкуса средняя. Во вкусе ягоды уже подсушенные, смородина, ежевика. Специи, чёрный перец.
Финиш средний. Качество хорошее, пить сейчас.

raimat cabernet '85 (not reserve). cork fell in...yikes. decanted fast. held up well for 30 minutes then lost length fast. but was very aromatic and unexpected. idea with these bottles is to open and let sit for a bit but no decanting.

Dec 21st, 2014raimat 1987 cabernet reserva. who would have guessed. catalans in 87 making cabs. well kept bottle. old school bordeaux or rioja taste. maybe not what the family was expecting almost 30years later but it stumped all the catalans. '85 is next.
