A very nice well balanced wine, notes of quince membrillo with bright lemony acidity and a very clean finish. Very quaffable :)

Nice aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Will be perfect with crab dishes.

Wonderfully balanced. Not overly acidic like Sauv Blanc can be. Orange and pineapple jump out of the glass.

We blinded this at work last week and had some fun bc it wasn't like my typical stuff. With some time in Oak and some Vio blended it's not like 90% of SB you stumble on. I don't love it, this btl was a gift and I won't ever rebuy it but it was fun to go outside my bubble and it is a solid, pleasant tasting, good wine.
