Grenache
Top Notes For
Black fruited Grenache, aggressively dry and tannic which normally I like but in this case is a tad too far and dominates the wine. Drank without a decant so perhaps time would have brought it more into balance.

May 26th, 2022Powerful aroma and taste. Prune etc. black fruits, sour and acidic. Slightly chocolate nuance. It would match with sweet sour spicy cuisine in Southeast Asia like Thailand or fried food. 2015 @1300, xuaduo -, 210928-211001
