According to the winery's website this cuvée is called la coppia @Delectable Wine
The nose is made of cherry, leather, almond, a bit of meat juice too. The palate is wonderfully made. The acid drive massive, but there are notes of cherry all along, some extremely harsh tannins that kick in in the rear, leaving a drying layer and pushing a tiny bitter note with the finish, which is mostly made of cherry notes and some kirsch touches too. Good testimony of its kind
