First encounter with this producer, I'd be curious to find out if there is any relation to the Clair-dau estate/Bruno Clair, as Bruno Clair and this family both make clos genet from adjacent parcels. A combination of Santanay and maranges, this is one of the freshest, juiciest burgundies I've tasted recently in the under $30 zone. Mostly destemmed delicious pinosity. Find this wine.

As typical of the region, lacks body for my taste, but tasty in its own right. Strawberries.. acidity (over so). Delicious.

Wow -- delicious, fresh-fruited burgundy with fine, subtle tannins, v lively acidity. Like biting into a fresh fruit. But better.
