Dark color with a rusty edge too in the cup. Smells like ripe red-black berries and wet loamy soils. Hit of herbal resinous something, something. Flavors are dense and elegant. Fig, strawberry, cherry. Maybe a veggie or some earthiness too. Olives, green ones with pits. It’s rustic, but holds its own in the Boudreaux style.
