Been quite awhile since I’ve had this wine and it is aging beautifully: not much darkening in color or added weight: less stone fruit & more minerals framed by honey. Bracing acidity juxtaposed w/silky mouthfeel w/slightest bit of RS on finish. Impeccable balance & harmony

I absolutely love Vouvray. It is one of my favorite white wine varietals and this bottle perfectly explains why. It is floral on the nose. The mouthfeel is round and balanced and the finish is intriguing. Cheers.

Floral and pale gold, very aromatic, apricot, stone fruit, white spice and m + acidity, long finish, pine apple and pleasent. Concerted flavor and aroma intensity

Hay, chalk, white flowers, honey, wax on the nose. The palate is very balanced but not extra dry like most dry vouvray are. There might be some residual sugar in there. Strong acid backbone and a nice texture with some grip. Some honey all along, and some width in mid palate. The finish is fresh with honey and wax and a long lasting tangy twist that makes it classy. Interesting wine. I would have preferred a dryer version
