Bargain basement Riesling from the Mosel. Seriously, this bottle was $13. It's a spätläse, but not as sweet as you'd expect because the searing acidity helps cut it. Floral, mineral, and stone fruit. Fantastic pairing for spicy food. — 7 years ago
