Simple as anything but that is the charming thing about this wine. Surprisingly soft considering it is from a hot climate like Languedoc. It is wines like this that affirm my belief that Languedoc is the most underrated winemaking region of France. So approachable and easy drinking. — 12 years ago

It's round and soothing with ripe orchard fruits and tactile mineral tones. This finishes clean with a peppery-herbal tinge.
