Smells of berry cooli and hazelnuts
At first light in weight, that becomes medium to big bodied.
Dried dark cherry, pomegranate pithe, raspberry seed; persimmon skins coat the teeth, then menthol layers over like a mist. River stone and cedary tannins. The hat shows just a bit; with these chompy tannins, could lay down for another 5 years at least!
