Light nose with rainwater and apples. Grapefruit, loquat, and apple. Flavor is crisp and a hint sweet but very nice balance.
Trying the ‘19. Golden hue. Smells like streams and golden leaves in the autumn. Flavors are lovely and balanced. Lemons and cream. It has tremendous roundness and depth. Best of both worlds from Chard and SB’s. This vintage continues the winning ways of this great Yolo County white. — 7 years ago
This is a delicious daily drinker or food wine. Had it with pork belly sliders, dogs, and oysters and it went with everything! — 8 years ago
This is actually from Grenache. Pretty pink. Smells fresh and strawberry infused. Flavors are nice. Acidic and bright. Hint of summer berries and such. Crisp. Pairs with spicy faire well. A good fancy day Rosé. — a year ago
Little bacon on the nose. Nice blackberry pie too. Rich and ripe. Black strap molasses. Full. Extracted. Bombastic. But tasty too. All the fruit and oak come together for a harmonious experience. Like loud rock n roll in your car. Turn it up and sing along... — 6 years ago
Yummy! Savory, with cherry, blackberry pie, with enough acidity and tannin to balance perfectly. — 8 years ago

Whimsy on the label. Color is great. Sorta glint of gold in the silvery shimmer. Smells of lemon peels and apple-pear juice. Hint like Sauv Blanc. Flavors are balanced and smooth. Slightest of sweet with plenty of Meyer lemon and Oro Blanco grapefruit. Citrus in spades. Tannins are strong and pleasing to finish. This is still a winner. Maybe not as stunning as it was the first couple times I had it, but a perfect wine with white meats (including fish), shoshitos and lighter cheeses. — a year ago
