Not overly aromatic with some shy peach and a herby tang, yet the depth & purity on the palate is stunning. Slightly creamy mouthfeel balanced by zingy lemony acidity on a mineral salty backbone. This is far from your average taverna white and really, really good! — 3 years ago

Very nice and smooth. Doesn’t have as high of salinity and lemon as your traditional Santorini Assyrtiko - this one is from Syros. Slight hints of stone fruits. — 5 years ago
