IPA

IPA by Swiftwater Brewing Co. is an...IPA. Its pretty refreshing to have a beer with such a straightforward name. This New England style juicy beer is actually similarly straightforward. Or should I say, uncomplicated. Perfectly decent, the grapefruit note shines through most brightly. @Delectable Wine — 5 years ago

Estate Bottled Zephyr Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Aromas of blackberry and currant. Dense fruit. Masculine structure. Framed acidity lends to an extended drinking window, but is showing beautifully now. — 9 years ago

Chardonnay 2011

Pale yellow gold, good bit of sediment, medium- viscosity. Nose sees honeysuckle, apples, lemon, oak, some spicyness. Palette sees apples, minerality, medium acid, medium+ finish. Very nice, subtle, Willamette Chardonnay that pair very well with Sicilian tuna and caramelized carrots with Parmesan. — 7 years ago
