IPA by Swiftwater Brewing Co. is an...IPA. Its pretty refreshing to have a beer with such a straightforward name. This New England style juicy beer is actually similarly straightforward. Pale yellow gold, good bit of sediment, medium- viscosity. Nose sees honeysuckle, apples, lemon, oak, some spicyness. Palette sees apples, minerality, medium acid, medium+ finish. Very nice, subtle, Willamette Chardonnay that pair very well with Sicilian tuna and caramelized carrots with Parmesan. — 7 years ago
