Tavel-style Rose’ blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Clairette. Dark fuchsia pink color. Aromas of sour red berries, rose petals and citrus. Flavors of red cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and lemonade blended with some white pepper and sweet spices. Nice chalky mineral note on the long and linear finish. Zippy acidity and nice texture.
