Predominantly Nerello Mascalese. As many tasters previously have said of Etna Rosso, a hypothetical blend of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. I will leave my last bottle for a couple of years. — 18 days ago

Wow… initially served too cold… wonderful. But as it warmed it took flight! Steely crisp and clean. Tart pear and juicy ripe golden delicious apple. Amazing power and depth. Worked with winter citrus shrimp salad and the best artichoke stuffed chicken Milanese I’ve ever had. Would be a worthy candidate for house white if they made enough.
