We switched tables with a party and in their gratitude this showed up—fun times at Tabula Rasa! I really dug this as a nice finishing wine for the night—low alcohol, bubbly, acidic and sweet and (if I’d been paying) not too expensive as I found out in research. I’ll be back for more. — 7 years ago
Damn. DAMN. Full-bodied, great structure and balance, multi-layered, mouth-coating, silky texture, polished tanins. These are the descriptors that sprung to mind while enjoying this wine. Generous dark fruit, spice, leather, and a bit of chocolate. Made from very obscure grapes. How could I not give this a perfect 10? 90% Croatina, 10% Uhgetta. 7/27/22. — 3 years ago

Really surprised by this wine! Full-bodied, dark fruits (tasted blackberry and plum), but also some earthiness and savoriness. Hay, or dry grass. Not familiar with the grapes in this blend, but this experience made me want to sample more. — a month ago
