Cracking Ninkasi IPA. Lord Pamplemousse will be pleased. On with his head. — 8 years ago
Not terribly memorable, but very creamy with a VERY subtle tartness that's quite nice. — 9 years ago

Re- review, picked a super fresh bottle, this is much better than I first had, nice tropical and citrus notes with a balance of malts, not the best in the style as far as red IPA's but pretty close, this brewery is not consistence with their beers, it is really hit or miss in the style, so pick this one fresh, check the date, I have not found many of their beers as fresh as this, really makes a big difference — 9 years ago
Smooth and not as harshly vanilla as some vanilla porters and stouts. — 9 years ago
A little extra kick in the Hops compared to a normal single IPA. — 7 years ago

One of my favorite winter beers! Chocolate, coffee, chestnuts malty plum pudding!! — 9 years ago
I love how this beer just takes me back to that place where my beer drinking began. Central France in Lyon is the first time I had a legal beer. I was 15 and that beer was a Kanterbrau. This reminded me of that moment. — 10 years ago
